How do I access my account?
You can access your account through our customer login here.
Our new account experience makes it easy for you. As soon as you make your purchase, an account will be automatically created for you. Simply use the same email address used at checkout. A one-time code will be sent to your email for you to log into your account.
You can also access your account using the direct link provided in your Subscription Confirmation or Upcoming Order email.
How do I update my billing information?
Go to the "Address & Payment Details" tab to find your current payment method and billing address. If you need to update your billing address or email, simply edit the details in this section.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the processing date based on the subscription frequency you selected
How do I update my shipping address?
Once logged in, select "View Your Next Order." Your current shipping address will appear above your subscription products. Click "Edit Address" to modify your shipping details.
Note: Updating your shipping address does not affect your billing information.
Will I get a reminder email before my next shipment?
Yes, you will receive a reminder email notification 3 days before your next shipment. After processing the order, you will receive an order confirmation email. You can also log into your account anytime to view and track your upcoming shipment.
How do I add a product to my subscription?
Once logged in, go to the "View Your Next Order" tab. Under your current subscriptions, you will find a section to add other products without leaving the page!
How do I swap one product for a different one?
In the "View Your Next Order" tab, locate the product you want to swap. Click on the arrow (or âgreater thanâ sign) next to it. You will then see an option to "Swap this for a different product." You can choose the new product and set its frequency and first shipment date.
How do I skip a delivery?
Go to the "View Your Next Order" screen and find the "Skip" option at the top. Select the specific product you want to skip and click the arrow symbol to finalize your choice.
How do I cancel a subscription?
To cancel your subscription, log in and go to the "View Your Next Order" tab. Find the product you wish to cancel and click the arrow next to it. Scroll slightly to find the "Cancel Subscription" button and select it. You'll be prompted to provide a reason for cancellation.
